Who is responsible for your data
Aries Joseph Austria, a licensed financial advisor of Sun Life Grepa Financial Inc., operates this website. You can reach me at buildingwithkuyaaries@gmail.com or on 0917 812 2386 about anything on this page.
What I collect
When you fill out the booking questionnaire or the 2-minute quote, I collect your name, email, mobile number, and the answers you give. Those answers include general information like your goal, budget range, and a self-described note about your health. This is sent directly to my email inbox so I can prepare for our conversation. It is not used to advertise to you.
When you book a session, the scheduling itself is handled by Calendly, which collects your name and email so we both get the calendar invite.
If you call, text, email, or message me on social media, I keep that conversation and whatever you choose to tell me in it.
This site does not run advertising trackers, and it does not sell or share your information with advertisers.
What I use it for
To meet you at the time you booked, to answer your questions, and to prepare a plan if you ask me for one. That is all.
If you become a client, the information required to issue a policy is handled by Sun Life Grepa Financial Inc. under their own privacy policy and under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Third parties
What you submit through the booking questionnaire and the quote is delivered to my email inbox, which is hosted by Google. Calendly processes the actual booking and stores the details you submit on their servers. Each provider has its own privacy policy that governs that processing.
This site is hosted on Vercel, which records standard server logs including IP addresses for security and reliability purposes.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to me and I will do it.
If you booked a session and changed your mind, cancel it in the Calendly email and nothing further happens.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the updated version will appear on this page.
